Another beautiful day in Costa Rica and another beautiful day in heaven.
This morning we went to a school, Escuela Dr. Ferraz, and performed our puppet skits and did a craft with the kids. The kids seemed to really enjoy it all. Tucker gave his testimony at the end. When we were finished, all the kids-ours as well-ran around together laughing and squealing and playing. Joyful noise. We invited the kids to come to a kids´program at church tonight.
This afternoon we went to visit an elderly people´s center. We performed our puppet skits, played Bible Bingo with them, and had a Birthday party! A good time was had by all.
We also had some leisure time to play some soccer and to walk around a market with local goods and crafts as well as downtown San Jose.
Tonight we had a big crowd at church for our children´s program. We did several crafts with them and the puppet skits again. It was a lot of fun watching the kids work on their crafts. The language barrier was frustrating at times as it was all day and all week. There were kids there from the school. Most incredible was the invitation that Carlos gave at the end where many people accepted Jesus-kids and adults!! Some of them were from the school. God is amazing.
We are all exhausted tonight, but looking forward to our last day and night in Costa Rica.
