Day 5 Good News Mark 16:15

Genesis 1:1

In the beginning God...

It was a beautiful day in
Costa Rica and in heaven. We went to Triangulo, a very poor part of Costa Rica, to present our puppet program to the kids in the neighborhood. While a few stayed with the puppet stage, the rest of us set out to invite the kids of the neighborhood to the titere programa (puppet program.) We invited kids who were outside playing and knocked on doors and invited the kids who were inside. As we were walking a lady asked Carlos if we would pray for her and her adult daughter. We went in her home and prayed for them. Then we shared the good news of Christ to them! We testified to the awesome power of God. We told them that God´s grace is sufficient no matter their circumstances. We also told them that Jesus saves us from hell, that He lives with us here, and that we will get to live forever with Him in heaven. They said they wanted to accept Christo! We got to lead them in prayer to accept Christ! We told them that God loves them and no matter what they had done, God would forgive them. They said that God had sent us to them. How incredibly unfathomable.

God´s Grace is Sufficient

for, ¨Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.¨ How, then, can they call on the one they have not believed in? And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them? And how can they preach unless they are sent? As it is written, ¨¨How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!¨ Romans 10:13-15

Dios te ana!
Cristo murio port us pecados.

Vayan por todo el mundo y anuncien las buenas nuevas a todo criatura.
Marcos 16:15

Good morning everyone! We have so much enjoyed following the blog. Ben & I did some work around the church yesterday. Today we're baking cookies and going to Dublin Village with John Bailey and Julie to visit with the residents there. We're also going to try and pull off a puppet skit! Tomorrow we go to the Downtown Rescue Mission to serve lunch. We look forward to seeing everyone when you get home. It's all good, it's all about God!
